 • Proven experience as a help desk technician / Service desk -   1-3 years ( Call taking profile)
 • Gap - Not more than 6 months
 • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and   other tech products
 • Comfortable with rotational shifts & Weekends
 • Good proficiency in the English language- Spoken/Written
 • Customer-oriented
