EXP: FRESHERS
Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc. (IT) with the first division throughout
Ready to work for desktop support internal and L1 client projects.
Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, and other networking concepts.
Provide general desktop support for all PC s
Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers, mouse, monitor, CPU and resolve associated problems.
Aptitude for customer support and troubleshooting.
Working 24×7 with rotational shift mandatory.
Within Gurgaon or relocate to Gurgaon. Native to Gurgaon will be preferred.
Knowledge of Linux, Windows server and VMware must.
Hands-on experience will be an advantage.
