Position: Trainee Software Engineer

Skills required:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Willing to work in night shifts.

Responsibilities :

Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research and resolve questions and issues relating to the platform.
Coordinating with the delivery team to ensuring the system design works for all implementation requirements – business processes, EDI, payroll, data, etc.
Able to manage challenging situations and/or escalated external and internal situations to influence outcomes that align with our vision of success.
Understanding downstream requirements for files and business process and ensuring groups are built to support these requirements.

Salary:
Rs. 2,40,000 Per Annum
Bond: 2 years
Shifts: Rotational / Night Shifts
Allowances: Shift allowances + Cab facilities

Experience needed:
0-2 years
