Roles and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Representative (Voice Process)
• Answer phones and respond to customer requests
• Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
• Provide customers with product and service information.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduates and UGs are also eligible for this position.

Skills Required:

• International customer handling experience with In Bound/ Out Bound calling is preferred.
• Should have min 6 months to 1 year experience in calling.
• Should have strong communication skills
