Role Overview

Accenture is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join its HR Service Delivery team as a New Associate. In this role, you will support talent acquisition operations by assisting with recruitment processes and HR service delivery activities. The position is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to build a strong foundation in HR operations and recruitment systems such as Workday Recruiting.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes for domestic and international hiring requirements

Assist in managing recruitment workflows using Workday Recruiting

Handle routine HR and recruitment-related tasks by following established processes and guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams to support contractor-to-FTE conversion activities

Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in HR systems

Resolve standard operational issues by referring to predefined procedures

Follow detailed task instructions and meet defined service-level expectations

Work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment

Participate in rotational shifts as per business requirements

What You Will Do

Improve workforce productivity by supporting efficient recruitment operations

Contribute to business agility through timely and accurate HR service delivery

Assist in candidate engagement, tracking, and selection processes

Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline)

0–1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (freshers may apply)

Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

Familiarity with HR systems or ATS tools (Workday knowledge is a plus)

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work in a process-driven and supervised environment

Role Characteristics
