Job Summary:
GE Healthcare seeks a Graduate Engineer Trainee to support the manufacturing and engineering processes. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Calibration and Maintenance: Schedule, monitor, and ensure timely calibration of all equipment. Review calibration reports to maintain equipment reliability.
- Verification and Validation: Conduct validation and verification for equipment and production processes, documenting results in detailed reports.
- Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation of new equipment and the maintenance of existing machinery to maintain optimal productivity.
- Inventory Management: Order necessary tools and equipment for production, manage the non-conforming products area, and track inventory of capital goods.
- Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to address part rejections and rework activities, ensuring production line continuity.
- Documentation: Develop and revise work instructions, maintain a history of changes, and manage device history records for documentation consistency.
- Engineering Change Support: Facilitate communication and document distribution related to engineering changes among cross-functional teams.
- Employee Training: Train manufacturing staff on updates to work instructions and process modifications, ensuring understanding and compliance.
- Problem Solving and Improvement Initiatives: Work on solutions for quality, cost, and productivity challenges. Drive initiatives such as Lean and Kaizen to improve manufacturing processes.
- Safety Compliance (EHS): Uphold Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards within the work environment, supporting safe practices for all employees.
- Process Improvement Projects: Lead or assist in Poke Yoke projects aimed at simplifying manufacturing through improved jigs and fixtures.
Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Recent graduates in engineering fields or those with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in manufacturing, quality control, or engineering support are ideal.
