Role Purpose
The Management Trainee role aims to provide technical support for operational processes and resolve client issues effectively. This is achieved through direct troubleshooting or escalation, ensuring adherence to process-level SLAs and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Process Support:
Manage transactions to meet quality and SLA standards.
Respond to client inquiries via phone or email courteously and efficiently.
Document client interactions, including issue details and resolution steps.
Maintain accurate records in the RAVE system and other tracking tools.
Resolve client queries using standard processes and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Access and update internal knowledge resources to enhance problem-solving efficiency.
Customer Service Excellence:
Diagnose and troubleshoot client queries with user-friendly solutions.
Guide clients in navigating product features and resolving issues effectively.
Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and feedback.
Offer alternate solutions to enhance customer retention.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure compliance with SLAs and capture client feedback.
Capability Building:
Participate in product and technical training to stay updated.
Collaborate with team leaders to address training needs and improve service quality.
Continuously enhance job knowledge through self-learning and networking opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using tracking software and knowledge management systems.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle queries courteously and professionally.
Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Performance Parameters
Process Efficiency: Number of cases resolved daily, adherence to quality standards, and client feedback scores.
Self-Management: Productivity levels, training completion, and attendance records.
