Assisting with the design and deployment of solutions on Microsoft platforms, including addressing customer concerns and ensuring optimal configurations.
Gathering feedback from customers to identify gaps, feature enhancements, and opportunities for product improvement.
Supporting the automation of solutions and troubleshooting product-related issues.
Partnering with cross-functional teams, including program managers, software engineers, and customer service teams, to resolve customer incidents and escalate issues as needed.

Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
Must have at least one academic term remaining after the internship.
Proficiency in at least one of the following: React, Angular, .NET, Java, Android, or iOS Swift.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
