You need to be hard working and sincere in your desire to build a career in technology(Not programming). You should know how to use google and off course have some understanding of current technologies and ability/attitude to learn new things.

Salary : 18k  per month ( 2017,2018 & 2019 training for 2 weeks after that salary will be 18k )

There will be a lot of learning challenging tasks.
