Job Purpose:
This role focuses on delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring seamless banking operations, and building strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for client engagement, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Maintain daily interactions with assigned customers to enhance Current Account (CA), Savings Account (SA), and Term Deposit (TD) growth.

Business Target Achievement: Meet performance scorecard targets through proactive sales and service.
Product Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored banking solutions.

Cross-Selling: Promote assets and wealth management products to enhance customer portfolio.
Customer Referrals: Leverage existing relationships to generate new business.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and data security policies.

Audit & Compliance: Support in addressing audit observations and ensure regulatory compliance.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with external regulatory guidelines.
Uphold best-in-class customer service standards to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 2 to 5 years in banking, customer service, or financial services.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in banking products and regulations.
Ability to assess customer needs and offer relevant solutions.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of audit and compliance standards in banking.
