Job Description:IBM is seeking fresh graduates to join as Technical Support Engineers. This role is integral to the Partner Technology Services team, which collaborates closely with our partner ecosystem and internal teams to develop and market joint solutions. The role involves understanding the technical needs of partners, architecting suitable solutions, and acting as the technical liaison between IBM and partner organizations. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to partners, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of joint solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain customers who have implemented the Apptio SaaS solution, resolving issues promptly.
- Manage operational tasks for clients, such as loading new data, and maintaining and validating dashboard/report outputs.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
- Work as part of an extended support team, exceeding customer expectations in a dynamic, startup-like environment.
- Utilize business and technical analysis skills to resolve complex issues and promote best practices.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support and training to partners to ensure successful implementation of joint solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with strong academic records.
- Basic programming skills and web development understanding (e.g., Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL).
- Knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in handling large data sets in Excel, and detecting and resolving data-related issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis/manipulation skills.
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex data and streamline processes.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn complex concepts with minimal assistance.
- Ability to switch between multiple complex work streams efficiently.
- Client-focused attitude with solid communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
