About the Role – Enterprise Applications (EA):
Micron's Business Data & Analytics Team collaborates with various business functions to deliver robust data assets and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. As part of our agile development team, you'll work with advanced tools such as SQL Server, SSIS ETL, and SAP HANA in-memory data warehouse environments. Additionally, you’ll utilize reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau to create meaningful insights that drive business value.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As an IT Software Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
1. Data Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and debug SSIS packages, SAP HANA models, and data flows.
2. Data Warehouse Models: Participate in the design, development, and deployment of data models within the Data Warehouse.
3. Data Analysis: Collect and interpret data, identifying trends, and delivering results using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with business teams and IT departments to deliver high-quality data solutions.
5. Automation: Create automation solutions to enhance development efficiency, including build-deploy pipelines for ETL packages and database objects.
6. Operational Support: Resolve operational issues by collaborating with teams, ensuring business needs are met promptly.
7. Documentation: Document both existing processes and new developments to maintain transparency and accuracy in workflows.
8. Testing: Design and deploy automated database testing solutions.

Eligibility & Education Requirements:
- Education:
   - Master’s degree preferred.
   - Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field is required.
- Technical Skills:
   - Knowledge of databases, ETL tools, and programming languages.
   - Experience with DataOps and DevOps principles is a plus.
   - Familiarity with data models, large datasets, and reporting packages.
- Soft Skills:
   - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
   - Excellent verbal and written communication.
   - Detail-oriented mindset.
- CGPA Requirements:
   - Minimum 7.0 CGPA or above.
