Job Description
Amazon is looking for a Testing Associate to join its team and play a crucial role in testing small components and features related to Amazon devices, applications, or services. The role requires following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while executing assigned tasks efficiently and maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

As a Testing Associate, you will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring that software builds meet quality expectations.This role also involves acquiring knowledge through on-the-job training, collaboration with peers, and technical documentation to improve testing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Execute test cases designed for software builds across Amazon products.

Identify, report, and track defects accurately using appropriate tools.

Perform regression and repetitive testing without compromising quality.

Follow established testing guidelines and procedures for new software releases.

Capture data using software tools and document results daily.

Communicate findings, escalate issues, and provide status reports.

Participate in internal training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Utilize predefined mechanisms to clarify test case execution doubts and close them within SLA timelines.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

Understanding of QA methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in testing consumer devices (preferred but not mandatory).

Background in connectivity testing (added advantage).

About the Team
The eero Connectivity Testing Associate (TA) team collaborates with the QA and development teams to ensure high-quality performance across all eero device families. This team is responsible for executing comprehensive testing processes, including Regression Testing, Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and Mobile App Testing.
