About the Role
As a TA Coordinator Intern, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, supporting the recruitment process across various roles. This position provides hands-on experience with a metrics-driven approach to hiring, giving you insights into managing data, tracking progress, and supporting team initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, employees, and alumni.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, maintaining a smooth and welcoming interview process.
- End-to-End Process Management: Support the full-cycle interview process and manage virtual interview drives and recruitment events.
- Job Posting and Screening: Assist in creating job posts, screening resumes, and providing constructive feedback to candidates.
- Data and Reporting: Prepare and update reports, dashboards, and data entries as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree required.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and a positive approach to collaborative work.
