Job Description
ZS is looking for a Technical Support Associate to provide IT support and troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and business applications. This role will involve configuring hardware and software, resolving technical issues, and assisting with IT asset management.

As part of the IT support team, you will work closely with network administrators to maintain system efficiency, troubleshoot software and hardware problems, and contribute to ongoing IT projects.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.

Assist with hardware repairs, asset management, and IT administration tasks.

Support PC desktop and laptop functions, ensuring seamless operation.

Install and configure business applications such as Windows, Mac OS, Office 365 (including SharePoint and MS Teams).

Utilize technical support tools such as Norton Ghost and VNC.

Maintain and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory, wireless networking, and collaboration tools like Zoom and MS Teams.

Diagnose and resolve software-related issues, including OS and application programs.

Support Zoom room troubleshooting and infrastructure maintenance.

Participate in IT team projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
BS/BE degree with a strong academic record.

Knowledge of PC hardware configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and wireless networking (client-side).

Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications
A+ Certification or Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification.

Experience troubleshooting Zoom room infrastructure.

Ability to work methodically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
