Salary : 18lpa - 24 lpa ( Expected)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other engineers

- Provide constructive feedback on code reviews and technical designs

- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance

- Develop project management and technical leadership skills to own projects from start to finish

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field by summer 2025 (or equivalent work experience)

- Programming experience through side projects or coursework (familiarity with Java, Ruby, JavaScript, Scala, or Go)

- Experience working collaboratively on multi-person coding projects (internships or university/professional settings)

- Ability to learn unfamiliar systems through independent research and mentorship

Preferred Qualifications:

- Specialized knowledge in one or more areas (e.g., frontend technologies, HTTP request handling)

- Experience with code review practices and safely updating production systems

- Familiarity with navigating large code bases
