- Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills to perform complex mathematical computations and analyze numerical data.
- Ability to work independently, manage confidential information, and create accurate documentation.

What you will do in this role:

- Develop actionable insights to inform strategic initiatives such as Digital Transformation and Healthscan.
- Create visual and interactive dashboards to track and communicate progress on key initiatives.
- Analyze critical business processes and trends using internal data sources to generate reports and insights.
- Create, deliver, and maintain key performance metrics through dashboards.
- Become proficient in our internal analytics tool, Performance Analytics, to drive data-driven decisions.
