Key Responsibilities

2. Problem Diagnosis & Troubleshooting:

3. Collaborating for Complex Issue Resolution: 
   For more intricate issues, you’ll collaborate with cross-team resources and engage with other product support personnel, engineers, and field teams to provide technical solutions. This allows for comprehensive problem resolution, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction.

4. Escalation Point for Critical Issues: 
   While you will handle a variety of technical challenges, you'll also escalate critical problems to senior engineers or technical advisors when needed. You may also serve as the escalation point for other team members, contributing to the resolution of complex cases.

5. Providing Feedback to Improve Products: 
   You’ll play a critical role in contributing insights and feedback to Microsoft’s product development teams. Your experience in resolving customer issues will inform product improvements, ensuring a smoother user experience and driving innovation.

6. Participation in Knowledge Sharing:

Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: 
  You must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related technical field.
 
- Technical Skills: 
  Familiarity with one or more programming languages (such as Java, C#, or Python) and understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of networking protocols, system debugging, and hardware concepts is a plus.

- Communication Skills: 
  Strong interpersonal communication skills are crucial, as you’ll be required to interact with customers, team members, and other departments to provide seamless support.

- Problem-Solving Mindset: 
  The role requires an ability to quickly analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, often involving complex system configurations. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.

- Collaboration & Teamwork: 
  You should be comfortable working with teams, sharing insights, and contributing to group problem-solving sessions to resolve multi-faceted technical challenges.

- Eligibility Criteria: 
  - Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with at least one semester or term remaining after the completion of the internship. 
  - Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities. 
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  - Applicants with previous technical internship experience or experience in customer support will have an added advantage.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Internship Experience: 
  While this role is open to freshers, any previous technical internship experience will be highly valued, especially if you’ve worked in a customer-facing or support role.

- Knowledge of Distributed Systems: 
  Understanding of distributed systems, multi-tiered architectures, or relational databases will be an asset, as many Microsoft customers face such issues.

- Automation and Optimization Knowledge:
