Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement protocol libraries and code using Python.
Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate communication protocols with hardware devices.
Design and execute automated testbenches to support continuous integration and performance testing.
Conduct extensive testing to ensure protocol robustness across various use cases and conditions.
Analyze logs, identify issues, and perform debugging to address problems effectively.
Enhance protocol performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Document protocol specifications, technical workflows, and usage guidelines.
Contribute to improving development practices, testing methodologies, and processes.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: BE/BTech in a relevant field.

Technical Skills:
Basic working knowledge of Python development.
Experience in developing and testing communication protocols.
Familiarity with serial interfaces (e.g., UART) and TCP/IP protocols.

Preferred Knowledge:
Understanding of test-driven development (TDD) techniques.
Exposure to microcontroller programming is a plus.

Other Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills to work effectively in a team environment.
