About the Role
CACTUS is on the lookout for a Software Testing Intern who’s passionate about quality and detail. This is a great opportunity to start your career in QA and work with talented teams to ensure that software products are reliable, bug-free, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
Learn and assist in creating test plans, test cases, and scripts.

Perform manual and basic automated testing to detect bugs and issues.

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand product functionality.

Log and document defects clearly and track resolution progress.

Participate in daily scrums, sprint reviews, and QA meetings.

Perform regression testing and verify software against design specs.

Maintain test documentation and support overall QA strategies.

Qualifications
BE or MCA in Computer Science / IT or related field.

Strong grasp of SDLC, STLC, and testing principles.

Good understanding of writing test cases and test reports.

Familiarity with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or other testing tools is a plus.

Basic coding knowledge in Java, Python, or similar languages.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work both independently and in a team setup.
