About the Role:
As a Central Operations Support Executive, you will be a key player in supporting Amazon’s fulfillment network by coordinating remotely with sellers and field teams to ensure seamless daily operations. This role involves proactive issue resolution, performance tracking, and collaborating with stakeholders across various functions. You’ll be a crucial link in optimizing seller experience, identifying operational bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple channels including calls, emails, and dashboards.
You’ll be expected to take ownership, understand the broader impact of your actions on customer experience, and bring an analytical mindset to uncover patterns and prevent disruptions.
This position requires flexibility, including working in rotational shifts and on weekends, as it supports both inbound and outbound operations through voice and non-voice communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time operations remotely and support assigned sites via outbound calls, email, and coordination with on-ground teams.
Act as a bridge between field representatives, sellers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient operations.
Guide and train sellers to follow standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with Amazon’s operational standards.
Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the design and implementation of new operational processes.
Contribute to the rollout of control center initiatives and process enhancements to elevate the seller and customer experience.
Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work during weekends or rotational shifts as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with SQL and working with databases is an added advantage
