Job Description
Join Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited as a Trainee in the Global Business Services division. This role focuses on delivering exceptional Record-to-Report services by maintaining financial records and ensuring seamless financial closing and reporting processes. We aim to drive digital transformation and process optimization to support the dynamic needs of our global business units.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Customer/Vendor creations and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests.
Address emergency requests and discrepancies, collaborating with internal departments for resolutions.
Conduct analyses to resolve queries effectively and provide exceptional service to Siemens business units.
Ensure adherence to proper accounting and control practices during processing activities.
Leverage advanced quality methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain master data integrity across multiple applications and ERPs.
Provide analytical support in Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable processes.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Flexible to work in night or early morning shifts.
Demonstrates problem-solving abilities, accountability, and a proactive mindset.
