📌 Job Details

• Position: Junior Python Software Engineer
• Experience: 1–2 Years
• Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (5-day work week)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (0–15 days)

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Python.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data efficiently.
• Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following development best practices.
• Debug technical issues, perform testing, and improve application performance.
• Use Git for version control, branching, code merging, and collaborative development.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies to support project requirements.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Python programming, core concepts, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Practical exposure to Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, endpoints, and API integration.
• Familiarity with relational or NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Git, version control, branching, and pull requests.
• Ability to write readable, well-structured, and properly documented code.
• Basic experience in debugging, testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing backend logic.

👨‍💻 Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant Python development experience.
• Applicants currently based in Pune or willing to commute or relocate as required.
• Candidates available to join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• A collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and interest in modern software development practices.
